The three words that started it all. This statement, of course, disregards a lot of history before the Constitution but I'm going with it. So, as I was saying, the three words that started them all for a document that is still calling the shots to this day with surprisingly few modifications. The American deification of the Constitiution is real, and I am all for it. For all its flaws, this document launched a nation state that today is one of the only countries with such a high level of diverse citizens as well as freedom of speech, expression, and religion. Are those things seemingly always under attack by those who want us to be a little less diverse in religion, expression, and speech? Yes. But we will do what have always done best, fight for our rights! And at the end of the day, there's no other place I would want to call home.
