Shipping Policy

Our shipping is handled by our printing partners and each has a different turnaround time for orders. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and our printing partner's location relative to you.  Please reach out to us with any questions at  info@legaleaglebrands.com while you wait and we will be happy to get back to you asap!

NOTE: For international orders, shipping may be subject to VAT/customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects, damage, or printing errors. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@legaleaglebrands.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Photos showing the damage or defect

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, defective items do not need to be returned but we reserve the right to require you to return it.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Buyer’s remorse or sizing preferences

- Sale items

- Gift cards

- Any reason other than an item arriving damaged or defective, or the incorrect item being sent

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@legaleaglebrands.com.

European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required. To initiate a request, contact us at info@legaleaglebrands.com.
