Two of the legal greats, Learned Hand and Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. If you've never googled their names, you are missing out on two of the most iconic mugs (hehe) in US legal history. These two had to know they were making statements with their facial hair, but absent a history lesson in turn of the century (not the most recent) personal grooming practices, the actual statement is lost to my laziness. Regardless, I thank them for their contributions to the law and for their iconic faces!
