The joy that is Hodges!  Who knew Kennedy had it in him?! I sure didn't. Regardless, one of his last gifts to the court was this decision and this case citation tears me up.  Sometimes (most of the time) SCOTUS decisions seem geared towards the political affiliations of the one writing them. Just look at the 2024 court. Ouf.  But sometimes you get a true winner, where you read the words in a decision and you feel justice, and this is one of those.
